If Apple does indeed launch some kind of tablet device in about two weeks, I have to say this concept by Tim Van Damme makes the by far most sense for very many reasons.

I love this idea. Lenovo revealed a laptop/tablet hybrid at CES (appropriately called the IdeaPad U1 Hybrid), but something that could also be docked, and maybe synced, into a destop would be amazing.
